Daring and hard work pay off. That’s what I learned in six months of writing on Medium, in English, a language I master properly but not perfectly.
I am French. But English reflects my emotions in a lovely way. I feel prettier in English than in French. The world looks wider. Its boundaries, endless. Life tastes like freedom. It’s exciting and new. Hazardous and risky. Tempting.
Writing in English travels me way out of my comfort zone. And that’s something I like.

Lately, I have pulled out a few personal essays about happiness and resiliency. I am thankful for the positive feedback and support, I received on Medium, from readers and editors.

Last but not least, as I am moving on an ongoing novel project, I wrote a series of poems. Two of them are meant to be songs, the last one is a speech given at a wedding. I hope you’ll enjoy them as much as I liked writing them.
